Job Title - Marketing Support Administrator

Length - Permanent

Salary - 24,500k - 25,000k

Location - Brighton - Hybrid, 3 days in 2 days from home

DESCRIPTION.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to.

  • Be the main contact for community reps, handling emails and calls.
  • Upload events to the website within two weeks, making sure details are correct.
  • Work with Health & Safety to flag and escalate any issues from event plans.
  • Track event attendance and online activity for reporting.
  • Keep website and community pages updated using the CMS.
  • Help community reps with digital tools and email access.
  • Process invoices and track spending to stay within budget.
  • Send out letters, promo items, and event supplies when needed.
  • Support meetings and events by organising attendees and preparing documents.
  • Make sure all community documents and info are current.
  • Help run online groups by creating quizzes, surveys, and other content.
  • Assist with larger projects when needed.
  • Follow data protection and health and safety rules.
  • Ensure all marketing follows approval processes and compliance rules.
  • Stick to brand guidelines in all work.
  • Attend occasional offsite or after-hours meetings.

PROFILE

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have previous experience within a similar role or keen to get into Marketing with some experience.
  • Be confident with all MS Office packages
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact confidently with colleagues / clients at all levels.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Be confident with all MS Office packages, especially PowerPoint & Excel.
