Reed Brighton is exclusively partnered with a key client for the recruitment of a German Speaking Customer Service Support Administrator to join their team and play a crucial role in exceeding customer expectations through exceptional service and support. This position is pivotal in enabling business growth by providing comprehensive support to our customers and the commercial team, resolving account issues, maintaining data integrity, aligning team training with business needs, and offering generalist support to the Customer Service Team.
Day-to-day of the role:- Design and deliver training sessions for the Customer Service (CS) team in line with benchmarking criteria.
- Process all credit notes for the CS team and train them in producing credit notes.
- Liaise with the RMA team for all RMA cases, ensuring requests are completed in a timely and detailed manner.
- Maintain SAP data including pricing, discounts, and SPRs under the direction of the CSM and SCSR as defined in the SAP action plans for improvement.
- Serve as the first point of contact for finance teams and resolve finance-related cases.
- Administer all acknowledgements to the customer and pass on information from Production to the European Sales Team.
- Log and assist with handling customer complaints and liaise with QA on progress.
- Provide support in multiple languages to customers, distributors, sister subsidiaries, and internal departments.
- Work closely with sales and support teams in Europe and elsewhere to extend support for products worldwide.
- Provide backup support to all internal teams as required and promote additional sales by providing excellent support and advice to existing and potential new customers.
- Written and verbal fluency in English and a second language German.
- Proven aptitude for handling customer issues and enquiries by telephone.
- Experience interacting with customers in a sales office or support environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Office.
