About the Role:We are seeking a motivated Graduate or Junior Executive Assistant to join our team and support senior executives with day-to-day tasks. This role is perfect for recent graduates or those starting their career in administration who want to develop strong organisational and communication skills in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel plans
- Assist in preparing agendas, notes, and follow-ups for meetings
- Support communication by drafting emails and documents
- Maintain filing systems and organise important company information
- Liaise with team members and external contacts professionally
- Handle confidential information responsibly
- Assist with event coordination and general administrative duties
- Take initiative in learning and taking on new tasks
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy
- Eager to learn, adapt, and grow within the company
- Previous internship or work experience supporting executives or teams
- Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)
