About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Graduate or Junior Executive Assistant to join our team and support senior executives with day-to-day tasks. This role is perfect for recent graduates or those starting their career in administration who want to develop strong organisational and communication skills in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel plans
  • Assist in preparing agendas, notes, and follow-ups for meetings
  • Support communication by drafting emails and documents
  • Maintain filing systems and organise important company information
  • Liaise with team members and external contacts professionally
  • Handle confidential information responsibly
  • Assist with event coordination and general administrative duties
