Right now, they’re looking for a Paraplanner to join the team in Brighton. You’ll be the technical backbone to their advisers, helping build solid, smart, and compliant financial plans that make a real difference to clients. This is more than just ticking boxes it’s about research, strategy, and shaping advice that works.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Conducting deep-dive research on pensions, investments, insurance and other products

  • Supporting advisers with cash flow modelling, tax planning and investment analysis

  • Drafting clear, compliant suitability reports that actually make sense

  • Using financial planning software to model different client scenarios

  • Keeping data accurate, systems up to date, and compliance on point

  • Mentoring junior team members and being the go-to for technical questions

  • Checking and reviewing reports where needed, ensuring high quality and regulatory alignment

  • Supporting occasional client interactions and helping smooth out the process with providers

What you’ll need:
  • Paraplanning experience with exposure to client-focused financial planning

  • Solid knowledge of financial products, tax, compliance and suitability requirements

  • Confidence using financial planning tools and systems

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly

  • Level 4 diploma or equivalent (working towards Level 6 is a big bonus)
