A respected and growing wealth management firm in Brighton is seeking an experienced Senior Wealth Planner to join their high-performing team. This is a superb opportunity for a professional who thrives on building long-term relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) clients and delivering bespoke financial solutions.

About the Role:You’ll take the lead in managing and growing a portfolio of HNW clients, offering holistic financial planning across investments, pensions, tax, and estate planning. Working alongside a collaborative team of advisers and support staff, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional client outcomes while contributing to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored financial planning and wealth management advice to HNW individuals and families.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure a high level of service and retention.
  • Drive new business through referrals, professional connections, and strategic introductions.
  • Translate complex financial matters into clear, goal-oriented advice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and client-first experience.
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards and always act in the best interest of clients.

About You:

  • Proven success in a senior financial planning or wealth management role, focused on HNW clients.
  • Chartered or working toward Chartered status.
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building and business development skills.
