The Opportunity:

This awesome company work with brands you see every day, helping them engage and convert more consumers with exciting and engaging digital content.

Supporting globally recognised brands across retail, ecommerce, automotive and more, you’ll be the day to day contact and strategic lead for a book of c.18 accounts worth £1mil ARR.

Joining the existing team of 3, you’ll focus on platform usage, performance and critically, storytelling, turning data into insight!

Responsibility wise, you’ll manage everything post onboarding and work closely with the senior team and/or sales function when it comes to the heavier commercial conversations (contract renewals and account growth). You’ll have accountability, but be fully supported to deliver!

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a customer success role within the SaaS space
  • Experience of working within a fast-paced, scaling SaaS business.
  • A well-versed approach to high touch, customer management. You will regularly engage with your clients and provide value with every interaction.
  • Data savvy and able to tell a story to create value.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
  • The desire to learn and improve. No ego’s here!
  • Experience of working for or within globally recognised brand (retail, ecommerce or automotive) at head office level.
  • Experience using Customer Success Platforms such as Planhat, Gainsight or Churnzero.
  • Experience of working with marketing, brand or digital content decision makers.

The Package:

  • A base salary up to £55k plus 20% bonus
