As a Lead Consultant, you'll drive complex, client-facing projects from discovery through to deployment, mentor junior consultants, and shape user-centric solutions that drive real value.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of D365 CE and Power Platform projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements and design scalable, customer-focused solutions
- Mentor Junior Consultants, promote best practices and contribute to delivery methodology improvements.
- Support Pre-Sales activities, stakeholder engagement and project handovers to client success team.
Skills
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, Power BI, Co-Pilot)
- Proven expertise designing and delivering full lifecycle business solutions, including data modelling and automation
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.
- Familiarity with ALM best practices, chatbot development and Microsoft licensing models.
