Sonic Summary

We are seeking experienced scaffolders for a large industrial project in Falmer, East Sussex, starting on either Monday, 29th September or Monday, 6th October 2025.
The pay rate is £30 per hour under CIS or £24 per hour PAYE, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4 pm.
Applicants must hold a valid CISRS Card and possess previous site experience to be considered for this long-term position, expected to last until April 2026.
Responsibilities include erecting and adapting scaffold structures, striking scaffold, and performing any associated duties as required.

Scaffolder

Start date - Monday 29th Sept and Monday 6th Oct 2025

Pay - 30 per hour CIS, 24 per hour PAYE

Location - Falmer, Esat Sussex

We are working on a large industrial project in Falmer we are looking for several scaffolders to join the existing site team, All applicants must be fully experienced and hold a valid CISRS Card. This is a long-term position with the project due for completion in April 2026.

As a Scaffolder your duties will involve.

Erecting new scaffold structures
Adapting existing scaffold structures
Striking scaffold
Any other associated duties

You must have

CISRS card
Previous site experience

Standard Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4pm
