Key Responsibilities:

As College Principal you will oversee the operational and strategic direction of the Chichester College Group's two campuses in Brighton; Brighton East and Central Brighton, with a combined student population of approximately 4,000. You will also oversee Haywards Heath with a focus on A Levels and Level 3 progression to university.

Key responsibilities will include

  • Lead both campuses with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and progression pathways.
  • Build on the campus's strengths in creative/digital, STEM, and construction.
  • Ensure the highest standards in apprenticeships, adult education and student progression to higher education.
  • Work collaboratively with both academic and business support teams to deliver a world-class student experience.
  • Manage cross-campus strategy and drive continuous improvement in teaching and learning methodologies.
