We are currently recruiting  an experienced data analyst  to drive our clients organisation’s reporting and analysis efforts. This role involves supporting business stakeholders across the organisation by providing timely and actionable reporting, insights, and recommendations to support our business objectives and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Member and Non-Member marketing teams to provide guidance and support for experimentation through structured testing and reporting.
  • Enable the wider team to solve problems, innovate, and prioritize work effectively, while measuring performance.
  • Play a key role in developing the organisation’s data strategy, ensuring stakeholders have the right information at the right time to:
  • Make better decisions, faster
  • Innovate based on insight and evidence
  • Personalize the member experience within a robust data governance framework
  • Facilitate self-serve reporting for business users, informed by your expertise.
  • Utilize technology tools such as Microsoft D365, Fabric, Power BI, and emerging statistical and AI tools in the data analytics space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the reporting, insight, and analytics efforts, working closely with the Group Head of Data & Compliance.
  • Provide proactive reporting and actionable insights, focusing on member acquisition, engagement, and optimizing lifetime member value.
  • Monitor and report on key membership data metrics, highlighting significant patterns and trends, particularly around acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Advocate for evidence-based experimentation, offering proactive guidance on potential areas for impactful experimentation aligned with business objectives and strategy.
  • Support the development of campaign and overall performance reporting, providing actionable insights and data-driven models across the member lifecycle (e.g., engagement, attrition, lifetime value, segmentation, and recommendations/next best action modelling).
  • Produce data visualizations to support and communicate important learnings.
  • Incorporate qualitative findings into quantitative reporting where possible.
  • Develop data sources within the organization, ensuring data quality and robustness in collaboration with the Data Integrity Analyst.
  • Perform other day-to-day activities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data reporting and analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and statistical/AI tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights effectively
