Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the reporting, insights, and analytics in close collaboration with the Group Head of Data & Compliance.
- Produce compelling data visualisations to support and communicate important learnings.
- Monitor and report on key data metrics regularly, identifying patterns and trends.
- Advocate for evidence-based experimentation, providing proactive guidance on potential areas for experimentation that align with business objectives and strategy.
- Integrate qualitative findings into quantitative reporting where possible.
- Develop and enhance data sources within the organisation.
Required skills:
- Experience with CRM platforms such as MS D365, SalesHub, etc.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, capable of presenting data interpretation and insights to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to use data storytelling techniques effectively.
- Flexibility and willingness to go beyond the prescribed role to support the implementation of a data-driven, evidence-based culture.
