This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about data and has a skill for turning complex data into actionable insights. This person will be instrumental in guiding the business providing structured testing, support and making data driven recommendations. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the reporting, insights, and analytics in close collaboration with the Group Head of Data & Compliance.
  • Produce compelling data visualisations to support and communicate important learnings.
  • Monitor and report on key data metrics regularly, identifying patterns and trends.
  • Advocate for evidence-based experimentation, providing proactive guidance on potential areas for experimentation that align with business objectives and strategy.
  • Integrate qualitative findings into quantitative reporting where possible.
  • Develop and enhance data sources within the organisation.

Required skills:

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as MS D365, SalesHub, etc.
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools like Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, capable of presenting data interpretation and insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to use data storytelling techniques effectively.
  • Flexibility and willingness to go beyond the prescribed role to support the implementation of a data-driven, evidence-based culture.
