Job Opportunity: Commercial Real Estate Solicitor
Overview:We are working with an award-winning Legal 100 firm in the Brighton Office to recruit a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join its dynamic and growing team.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
- Solid experience in commercial real estate transactions, including secured lending, freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals and property investment portfolio management
- Experience advising lenders, landlords, tenants and charitable organisations on a wide range of real estate matters
- Strong drafting skills and knowledge of relevant property legislation and case law
- Previous experience working closely with clients as their legal advisor on complex transactions
Skills:
- Excellent client care skills, with the ability to understand and meet clients' commercial objectives
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently, meeting deadlines and financial targets
- Competence in IT systems, including Outlook, Word, Digital Dictation and Case Management software
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to convey technical legal information effectively
