Overview:We are seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a growing firm in Brighton. This opportunity is ideal for newly qualified solicitors or those with up to 2 years PQE looking to build their career in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
- Managing non-contentious and transactional corporate and commercial matters
- Drafting shareholder agreements, confidentiality agreements, and commercial contracts
- Leading corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, restructures, partnerships, and joint ventures
- Advising on regulatory compliance, GDPR, data protection, intellectual property, and commercial rights
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a client-focused approach
- Proficiency in case management systems and a proactive attitude
- Business development experience
