Public Law & Human Rights Solicitor (0–3 PQE) – South of England I'm working with a highly regarded national law firm with a strong local presence. Known for their people-first approach and impactful legal work, they’re looking to expand their Public Law & Human Rights team in the South of England (Brighton, Gatwick, Southampton). This role offers flexible and hybrid working (once or twice per week in the office) The Role: You’ll handle your own caseload of Court of Protection (welfare) matters, with the chance to assist on complex cases and grow into education law if that’s of interest. You'll work with vulnerable clients, so empathy and resilience are key. What They’re Looking For:
