Litigation and Dispute Resolution Solicitor – Exciting Opportunity in Brighton & Hove

Are you a driven Litigation and Dispute Resolution Solicitor looking to grow your career? Whether you're newly qualified (NQ) or have up to 10+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE), this is your chance to join a thriving and growing Litigation team based in Hove.

The Role:

This role offers the opportunity to manage your own diverse caseload, supported by an experienced and collaborative civil litigation team. You’ll tackle a variety of litigation matters, including shareholder and partnership disputes, contract disputes, construction matters, debt recovery, contentious probate and a small proportion of employment-related cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of a broad and varied caseload across different litigation areas
  • Delivering exceptional client care and fostering long-term relationships with clients
  • Contributing to the team’s growth through business development and commercial awareness
  • Meeting billing targets while working independently and efficiently

You will:

  • Be a qualified Solicitor with experience in general litigation, dispute resolution and alternative dispute resolution methods
  • Demonstrate excellent technical knowledge, commercial awareness and a proactive approach
  • Have exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • Be enthusiastic about business development and the opportunity to contribute to the team’s ongoing success
  • Possess the ability to work collaboratively within a team, while maintaining a strong focus on clients
