Looking to take the next step in your legal career with a top-tier Real Estate Disputes team based in Brighton?We’re working with a fantastic firm that’s looking for a bright and ambitious solicitor (NQ–4PQE) to join their well-regarded Real Estate Dispute Resolution team. This is a great opportunity to build your career handling a broad range of contentious property work - both residential and commercial.What you'll be doing:
  • Managing your own caseload with the support of experienced associates and partners
  • Advising on residential and commercial landlord and tenant issues, lease renewals, service charges, collective enfranchisement, and development-related disputes
  • Getting involved in business development, client care, and legal training
  • Working with high-quality clients across various sectors
What they are looking for:
  • Previous experience in property litigation (or general litigation with a strong property element)
  • A solid understanding of housing and landlord/tenant legislation
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills
  • Someone commercially minded and eager to grow
