Legal Admin Assistant – Central Brighton (East Sussex)
Are you a Legal Admin Assistant with a minimum 12 months experience working for a Private Practice law firm. We are working with an established firm in Brighton that is keen to recruit a Legal Admin assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with a range of legal matters under the supervision of seasoned professionals
- Communicating with clients, Solicitors and third parties via telephone, email and in person
- Managing diaries efficiently, coordinating internal and external bookings and maintaining schedules for fee earners
- Handling file administration, including opening, closing and maintaining compliance in line with regulatory requirements
- Providing top-tier service to both new and existing clients
- Conducting limited legal research to support case preparation and decision-making
- Being directly involved in varied and engaging legal work
