We have a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal or Junior Paralegal to join a leading property law firm in Brighton in this exciting role offering development, excellent training and progression and in some cases a training contract in the long term.

The Paralegal role includes:

  • Supporting with administrative and legal tasks
  • Working across a range of commercial property files that include high value, complex development projects
  • Working to strict deadlines and specific timescales, in a busy role with conflicting priorities
  • Assisting property transactions for business clients
  • Answering, screening and directing calls
  • Client-related administrative preparations including legal documents and court bundles

Skills & experience required:

  • Law graduate or equivalent
  • Able to manage busy workloads with conflicting priorities
  • Excellent Microsoft Office 365 skills
  • A problem solver with ability to act on own initiative
  • Completion of an LLM, SQE/LPC or any experience as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant would be a distinct advantage but not essential

Salary, hours and company benefits:

  • £25,000 to £27,000 based on experience and qualifications
  • Excellent training and progression (though not guaranteed, a training contract is possible in the long term)
  • Monday to Friday full time – fully office based
  • 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays rising with service
