Even more important is the ability to clearly understand the desired outcomes and redesign the business processes and map a To Be business process environment that integrates with the wider organisation and creates an environment that enable the delivery of real value. Experience delivering BPR or Service Design to improve CRM flows or Case Management would be an advantage.
