Site Manager - Brighton
Site Manager wanted for this specialisthouse builderwho focus on building homes of the highest quality throughout the Sussex, Surrey and Kent. They are now seeking a Site Manager for a new residential development they have in the Brighton area.
Working alongside a ProjectManager, the successful candidate will focus on managing all trades and ongoing works as the project progresses.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the ProjectManager in daily operations and coordination.
- Monitor subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
- Assist with quality inspections, snagging, and handover documentation.
- Liaise with project stakeholders and provide progress updates.
Requirements
- Previous experience as aSite Manager (or similar role).
- Strong understanding of brickwork, facades and externals
- RC Frame experience is essential in this role
- SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Fully competent in all health & safety regulations
