Description
- Design and optimise user interfaces for digital platforms to ensure seamless customer journeys.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business goals.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications for development teams.
- Analyse and interpret user behaviour data to inform design decisions.

- Ensure designs are accessible and meet industry standards.
- Work closely with the technology department to implement design solutions effectively.
Profile
A successful UX Specialist should have:
- Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Previous experience in a Marketing position
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Strong knowledge of design principles and accessibility standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX design, particularly within the retail industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
