Office Administrator (Property)

Salary: £25k - £26,500 OTE £30k great company benefits

Location: Brighton

Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm and every other Saturday 9am – 4pm

Are you a highly organised and proactive administrator looking to join a dynamic, market-leading property company? We’re seeking a confident and capable Office Administrator to support a high-performing sales department. Ideally, you will have prior experience in administrative support within the property sector or bring a genuine interest in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage team diaries, book and confirm appointments, ensuring schedules are optimised and well-organised
  • Handle incoming telephone enquiries and take accurate messages
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, helping to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
  • Create high-quality marketing materials including property brochures, window cards, and online listings
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining a tidy, efficient workspace
  • Accurately update internal systems and maintain client records
  • Ensure all documentation is compliant with Anti-Money Laundering legislation, chasing outstanding paperwork when required

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner
  • Proven background in administration, ideally supporting a sales team or working within the property sector
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and software
  • A team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic and a drive to add value
