About the role:
The Pharmacy team at Locumprime is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Band 6 to join our team in Brighton. This is a hospital's patient-facing role, ideal for a professional who is GPhC registered and ready to make an immediate impact.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform technical and administrative tasks to support the pharmacy team.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of prescriptions.
- Maintain and update patient records and medication inventories.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualifications:
Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as an accredited Checking Pharmacy Technician.
Experience:
- A minimum of 6 months of recent UK NHS hospital experience
- Strong background in hospital pharmacy.
- Excellent team management skills.
- Proficiency in office-based tasks and software.
