Reed is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Partnerships Manager. This role is central to managing product partner relationships, generating income, and enhancing member engagement and retention. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing the membership proposition to attract and retain members.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Partnerships team, overseeing budget and staff.
  • Manage partner accounts to meet commercial targets and improve member experience.
  • Conduct regular meetings and reviews to assess partnership effectiveness.
  • Achieve targets and provide accurate reporting on KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards.
  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives and optimize member interactions with products.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage risks, and source new partnership opportunities.
  • Support marketing initiatives and resolve member-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in partnership management and negotiation.
  • Strong leadership skills and budget management experience.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and contract management.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for partner events.
