Reed is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Partnerships Manager. This role is central to managing product partner relationships, generating income, and enhancing member engagement and retention. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing the membership proposition to attract and retain members.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Partnerships team, overseeing budget and staff.
- Manage partner accounts to meet commercial targets and improve member experience.
- Conduct regular meetings and reviews to assess partnership effectiveness.
- Achieve targets and provide accurate reporting on KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards.
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives and optimize member interactions with products.
- Negotiate contracts, manage risks, and source new partnership opportunities.
- Support marketing initiatives and resolve member-related issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in partnership management and negotiation.
- Strong leadership skills and budget management experience.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and contract management.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for partner events.
