This is an excellent opportunity for daily supply teachers who enjoy the flexibility of working in a variety of schools, with the potential to secure a permanent position if you find the right fit.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of learners.
  • Maintain a positive and conducive classroom environment.
  • Ensure continuity of education for students during staff absences.
  • Adapt teaching methods and materials to suit different learning environments and student needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience working in primary schools.
  • Nurturing and empathetic nature, with a strong ability to understand and cater to the emotional and educational needs of children.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to different school environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with students, staff, and parents.
