Associate Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage full QS duties across multiple high-profile projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring consistent delivery
  • Oversee and review cost plans, procurement, and contract administration
  • Guide and mentor junior surveyors, supporting their APC journey
  • Monitor financial performance, reporting, and project forecasting
  • Support business development efforts and contribute to team leadership

Associate Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements

  • 6+ years' experience in a UK consultancy environment
  • MRICS qualified (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven leadership on multiple fit-out and/or hospitality-led schemes
  • Commercially aware with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage and grow client relationships
  • Strong pre- and post-contract experience with JCT forms
