An established and forward-thinking Estate & Lettings Agency brand are seeking a conscientious and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join their dynamic Brighton team.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing lettings enquiries and conducting property viewings
- Building relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
- Supporting branch and personal targets
- Negotiating tenancies and closing deals
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local rental market
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Ensuring compliance with lettings regulations and company policies
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in residential lettings (essential)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Confident and articulate with a great telephone manner
- Well-presented, self-motivated, and ambitious
- Good knowledge of Brighton and surrounding areas (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Professional approach and team-player mindset
