Senior Lettings Consultant
Location: Brighton
Salary: £30k - £32k + DOE + commission
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:45 AM-5:30 PM, Saturdays 10:00 AM-4:00 PM (typically 1 in 3); extended Saturday hours during August and September (9:00 AM-5:00 PM), with no annual leave during this peak season.

Responsibilities:
- Carrying out market appraisals and valuations with confidence and professionalism
- Generating and winning new business opportunities
- Conducting viewings and negotiating successful lets
- Overseeing and supporting junior colleagues
- Building long-lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
- (Potentially) Managing a small portfolio of student properties

- A proven track record in lettings - ideally within the student or high-volume market
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- A proactive, professional approach with high standards of customer service
- Someone who’s highly organised, motivated, and thrives in a buzzing, busy office
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
