Trainee Commercial Agent
Salary: £25k-£28k company benefits
Location: Brighton
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am – 17.00pm
Must have a Full UK drivers licence to apply
Are you currently working in residential property or a client-facing sales environment and looking to make the move into the commercial property and professional services sector? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established commercial agency and surveying team based in the heart of Brighton.
This role would suit a proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to build a long-term career in commercial property. You will be joining a knowledgeable and friendly team, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of commercial sectors including retail, office, and industrial.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting viewings and property inspections across various commercial sectors
- Assisting with market research and comparable analysis
- Preparing marketing materials including brochures and CRM listings
- Advertising properties on online portals and internal systems
- Liaising with clients, landlords, tenants, and business professionals
- Supporting the team with professional reports in line with RICS standards
- Undertaking training to develop knowledge in the commercial property field
What we’re looking for:
- Full clean UK driving licence (essential)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
- Well-presented and professional with strong client-facing skills
- Previous experience in residential or commercial property is preferred
