Residential Property Manager
Location: Brighton
Salary: £30k - £35k + company benefits
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 17.30pm
Must have a full UK driving licence to apply - pool car available for
Do you have a proven property management background want to work for a well-established independent property organisation that offer great service and the opportunity to work within a modern and proactive organisation?
You will already have a background in managing a portfolio of properties and have a good local knowledge of Brighton and Hove with the ability to work on your own initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of approximately 140 residential properties, primarily across Brighton and Hove.
- Coordinating day-to-day property management duties, including repairs, inspections, and compliance.
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors to ensure efficient and professional service.
- Arranging mid-tenancy inspections and dealing with any maintenance and problems that are reported.
- Reporting to block management team on new builds - snagging and defects and assisting in resolving any issues.
- Ensuring all legislative and safety requirements are met and documented.
- Handling tenancy renewals, deposit returns, and check-outs.
- Maintaining accurate records and managing property-related communications in a timely manner.
