Role: Property Administrator
Location: Brighton
Hours: Full time
Pay: 28,000 - 30,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)

The Requirements:
- Previous experience in (property) office administration or a similar role
- Outstanding organisational ability with excellent multitasking skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both face to face and by phone
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proactive approach with a focus on nurturing a positive team culture
- Ability to remain adaptable with exceptional attention to detail
The Role:
- Manage daily office operations and coordination
- First point of contact for clients and applicants by phone and in person
- Diary management, scheduling meetings and appointments
- Oversee the customer journey for landlords, vendors and tenants
- Assist with tenant referencing procedures
- Ensure a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all clients
- Prepare property particulars for both lettings and sales
- Review and streamline office administrative processes and communication
- Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies
