The Requirements:

  • Previous experience in (property) office administration or a similar role
  • Outstanding organisational ability with excellent multitasking skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both face to face and by phone
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proactive approach with a focus on nurturing a positive team culture
  • Ability to remain adaptable with exceptional attention to detail

The Role:

  • Manage daily office operations and coordination
  • First point of contact for clients and applicants by phone and in person
  • Diary management, scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Oversee the customer journey for landlords, vendors and tenants
  • Assist with tenant referencing procedures
  • Ensure a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all clients
  • Prepare property particulars for both lettings and sales
  • Review and streamline office administrative processes and communication
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies
