Day-to-day of the role:- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanour.
- Check guests in and out, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded.
- Handle guest enquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Process payments and manage the hotel's reservation system.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
