- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and new business prospects.
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates.
- Managing the recruitment process from vacancy brief to offer stage.
- Experienced in commercial recruitment (perm and/or temp) with recent market knowledge.
- A confident, proactive self-starter who can work autonomously.
- Skilled at building and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Motivated by success and earning potential, with a genuine passion for recruitment.
- Basic salary up to £35,000
- Very realistic Year 1 OTE of £70,000+ thanks to a strong, uncapped commission scheme.
