- Maintain and expand a strong candidate and client network
- Fill high-volume temporary labourer roles efficiently
- Proactively develop new business opportunities
- Consistently achieve billing and activity targets
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (temporary desk experience preferred)
- Knowledge of the construction or labour market is ideal
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Resilient, driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
