Pavilion Recruitment Solutions are hiring for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
We are further expanding our regional insurance recruitment team, here in our Brighton office.
You will join a growing and successful team as a specialist recruiter, hiring for technical Insurance Broking, Underwriting and Claims Handler roles across the southeast region.
You will be responsible for sourcing, meeting and shortlisting candidates for multiple roles via the use of various tools. These include a large healthy existing database, LinkedIn, self-created videos, networking events and more.
You may be someone with recruitment experience, a salesperson or even someone that works within insurance.
We are open to considering all backgrounds as full, on the job training will be provided by an experienced recruiter.
