Braddock Groupis a specialist global headhunting firm based in the heart of Brighton. Since our start as a two-person business, weve grown to over 40 employees and were still expanding fast. Whether your background is in Business Development, Lettings, B2B Sales, or another client-facing role, or simply you are a recent Graduate looking to begin your career, our expert training program is designed to turn you into a world-class headhunter.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Sourcing high-level candidates using a range of platforms
• Writing engaging outreach messages
• Conducting consultative screening calls and pitching roles effectively
• Handling warm outbound calls (no cold calling!)
• Supporting candidates through every stage of the recruitment process from CV submission to final offer
• Managing admin tasks such as updating candidate trackers and CRM systems

• Uncapped commission earn £35,000£40,000 in your first year; £65,000+ by year 3
