This full time, permanent, fully remote role includes the following duties:
- Manage a portfolio of clients across the Insights division, ensuring retention and adoption of products and services.
- Drive new business growth and take full responsibility for achieving targets.
- Negotiate pricing and manage existing accounts while demonstrating new business acquisition.
- Attend face-to-face meetings with existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities.
- Create and present sales plans that outline clear paths to exceed targets.
- Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns and promotions that increase product adoption.
- Deliver effective product presentations to clients to enhance brand awareness.
- Follow up on inbound leads to cultivate relationships with clients.
- Gather market feedback to inform product development and improvements.
- Ensure timely responses to client requests and maintain accurate contact information in Hubspot.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects at all levels.
- Support company policies in line with good governance and our B Corp certification commitment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the environmental consultancy sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations.
- Relevant qualifications in business, sales, or environmental sciences are desirable.
