Grafton Banks Finance is eager to hear from immediately available Finance Assistants as we support a well-established organisation seeking a Temporary part-time Finance Assistant to join their team on a rolling contract basis.
This is a full-time, office-based role in Hove and an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make an immediate impact in a busy finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase Ledger – Matching, batching, and coding invoices accurately and efficiently
- Reconciliations – Assisting with invoice reconciliations and other finance-related tasks
- Administrative Support – Entering and managing financial data with strong attention to detail
- Ad-hoc Finance Tasks – Supporting the wider finance team with day-to-day duties
The successful candidate will:
- Be available to start a temporary rolling contract immediately
- Be able to commute daily to offices in Hove
- Have prior experience in a Finance or Accounts Assistant role, including accounts payable/purchase ledger and general finance admin
- Possess strong financial systems knowledge, including Excel proficiency
