Salary on offer is upto £30,500 with an additional monthly bonus based on store sales

To be considered for the role its essential that you have supervisory / team leadership or assistant management experience within retail.

You will be responsible for: People Leadership - including rota planning, staff performance management, motivation, leadership and inspiration. Setting goals and organizing the day to day priorities of your team.

Customer service Management - upholding the brand standards, ensuring brand standards are met across all customer engagement points.

Sales focus - Keeping the commercial focus of the business on target, working with the store manager and the team to reach financial performance indicators.
