This vital role focusses on supporting the emotional, social, and behavioural needs of their students, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and empowered to thrive both academically and personally.Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to students facing challenges in their personal or academic lives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote student well-being and positive behaviour.
  • Liaise with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to coordinate effective support plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and interventions with students.
  • Monitor and track student progress in relation to pastoral care goals.
