As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support in the classroom to help pupils access learning, develop confidence, and thrive in a nurturing environment.
What you'll do as an SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with special educational needs
- Assist in implementing personalised learning plans
- Support pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development
- Work closely with teachers and therapy teams to promote a positive learning environment
- Help prepare classroom resources and support assessment activities
