Fabric Engineer

We are looking for aFabricEngineer who wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for aFabricEngineerto join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

TheFabricEngineer,will be responsible for:

• Fire Door PPM service and repairs
• Repairs and maintenance to building fabric
• Minor repair and maintenance of tiling, walls and ceiling
• Remedial minor building works
• Painting and decorating projects (as and when required)
• Flooring repair and new installations
• Basic plumbing repairs
• Basic plastering
• Stock management of site consumables

To be successful for this FabricEngineerrole you must have:

• Qualified to a City & Guildsor NVQ in a fabric trade, such as carpentry, painting and decorating, etc
• Previous experience of working as a fabric technician
