Supply Desk is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Design and Technology (D&T) Teacher to work on a supply basis across fantastic secondary schools in Brighton and the surrounding areas.
This is a brilliant opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to build experience in a flexible, supportive role—without the added pressure of planning, marking, or parents’ evenings!
The Role:
- Teaching Design & Technology across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Delivering pre-planned lessons in areas such as product design, resistant materials, or graphics (based on your specialism)
- Managing classroom behaviour and encouraging creative thinking
- Adapting quickly to different school settings and student needs

About You:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Confident teaching D&T to KS3 and KS4 students
- Knowledge of a range of D&T specialisms is a bonus
- Passionate about practical learning and student creativity
- Friendly, flexible and quick to adapt to new environments
