We’re looking for a Principal EICA Engineer to join our growing team and play a leading role in designing and delivering innovative, sustainable water and wastewater solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading on the design of sustainable and environmentally responsible solutions.
  • Providing expert technical guidance and oversight on design calculations, specs and standards.
  • Challenging the status quo, driving innovation and embedding best practice across projects.
  • Collaborating with suppliers and partners to improve efficiency and raise technical standards.
  • Researching and implementing cutting-edge digital design concepts.
  • Mentoring and developing junior engineers.
  • Delivering projects on budget and beyond expectations.

What we’re looking for:

  • MSc/MEng in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status (IET or similar).
  • 10+ years’ experience in a relevant industry.
  • A strong leader with excellent communication, problem-solving and innovation skills.
  • Full driving licence (site visits required).
