Profile
A successful Finance Team Leader should have:
- A strong background in accounting and finance within the manufacturing sector.
- Qualified by experience or part-qualification in finance or accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
- Proven ability to manage and lead a finance team effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
