A distribution organisation based in Avonmouth is currently recruiting a Finance Assistant to join their team on a 2 day a week basis for a 3-6 month period.
To work with the business whilst they undergo a systems change, this is a great role for someone specifically looking for a reduced hours role happy to commit to a temporary assignment.
Duties will include:
- Processing invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Cash allocation
- Petty cash
- Credit card reconciliations
- Dealing with customer queries
- General administrative tasks
Previous experience of working in a finance department is essential. The successful candidate will be comfortable using Excel and ideally have used Sage.
