Reed is hiring for a Client Services Admin to join our client based in Hanham, Bristol on a full time, permanent basis.

This role is ideal for a strong and competent administrator who is a good communicator, both written and verbal, and is keen to learn and grow within the company. Full training will be provided, so previous industry experience is not essential.

Working hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with an hour for lunch. Hybrid working model with office days on Tuesday and Thursday.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring efficient operation of the office.
  • Manage communications, prepare necessary documentation, and handle document management tasks.
  • Update records and manage data entry on various systems with a high level of accuracy.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Work closely with the Admin Manager and Senior Admin to support daily operations.
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in team meetings and projects.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications and manage the group email inbox.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and stay updated on industry changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong administrative skills and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Competence with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Team player, adaptable, and keen to learn and take on new challenges.
  • No specific industry experience required as full training will be provided.
