Social Worker as an Advanced Pract required to work within the Children with Disabilities Team based in South Gloucestershire area based in Yate. This is an exciting opportunity with excellent rates of pay 41ph. 37 hours a week. 3 month contract but with the opportunity to extend. Flexible hybrid working arrangements.
The 0-18 Children with Disabilities social care team within the 0-25 service has several functions, one of which is to provide information, advice and support to children, young people, their families and carers to enable children with disabilities to enjoy and achieve social inclusion. The team has a duty to safeguard vulnerable children and young people and to assess need, develop plans and provide services where appropriate. We will then review these plans regularly to ensure that outcomes are being achieved.
Would need to be in the office a minimum of 3 days a week - but also needs to be in the office when on duty And if a family/ young person needs a visit , when working from home, they would still need to attend.
You will be Social Work England registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK.
