Job Title: Senior Acoustic Consultant
Location: Bristol (Hybrid)
Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 + Benefits
A leading acoustic and environmental consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Acoustic Consultant to join their growing Bristol office. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented acoustics professional to take on a senior role within a collaborative and innovative team, delivering high-quality projects across the building, environmental, and infrastructure sectors.
As a Senior Acoustic Consultant, you'll lead complex projects from concept to completion, mentor junior consultants, and play a key part in developing acoustic design strategies for sustainable and high-performance environments.

Duties for the role of Senior Acoustic Consultant include:
Leading building and environmental acoustics projects across multiple sectors
Carrying out acoustic assessments, modelling, and reporting
Managing client relationships and project delivery
Mentoring junior consultants and supporting professional development
Providing technical input into bids, proposals, and presentations
Liaising with architects, engineers, and local authorities to deliver integrated solutions
Requirements:
Degree in Acoustics, Physics, or related discipline
Minimum 5 years' experience in acoustic consultancy
Strong understanding of BS4142, BS8233, ProPG, and relevant guidance
Proficiency in CadnaA, SoundPLAN, CATT, or Odeon
Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
IOA Membership (MIOA or higher preferred)
Full UK driving licence
